A socially awkward mum to an four year old and 9 month old trying to navigate the intricacies of raising a little black girl in todays world. Whilst also being married to the chillest man.

My purpose? Just trying to find a space to empty and share my thoughts whilst simultaneously trying to figure out motherhood with hardly any representation. Where could I find the other black mums? Where was all the information on exclusive breastfeeding? Tongue tie? Moving outside of London? Where is this village everyone talks about? and Where to buy your plaintain outside of London? (Finally joining Instagram helped a lot)

This space is dedicated to all the above and everything in between as well as to my daughter:

I want her to know Black Girl magic is real and I want to ensure that she is sprinkled with some each day.

And as our family grows we get to spread even more magic.
